LINCOLN SQUARE — The Winnemac Park Advisory Council is bringing back its popular Fourth For All event as an alternative to the unsanctioned and controversial fireworks displays at the popular park.
The festivities will begin at 10 a.m. July 4 at the park, 5100 N. Leavitt St., with a game of disc golf, and will culminate with a performance from Full Moon Jam — a group of acrobatic fire spinners — from sunset to 10 p.m.
The free event will also feature a yoga class from Bloom Yoga, an Aikido demonstration by Kiku Matsu, card magic from Rob Mendell, face painting from Fun to See Faces and Heart of Lincoln Square Neighbors Association, Lego building and other STEM actives by Snapology Chicago and more, organizers said.
